In a group or team coaching it is often a matter of managing conflicts and leading the individual parties back to a solution orientation. With various methods such as NLP, Positive Psychology or the Harvard Principle I support all participants in negotiations with each other, to meet each other at eye level, to give correct feedback and to tackle goals or projects with new clarity and confidence.

Consulting in growth phases and digital changes

In growth phases, the topic of personnel development becomes the focus of attention, especially for small and medium-sized companies. The employees face new challenges, the team changes, new strategies are necessary. As an authorised process consultant for the support programmes unternehmensWERT:Mensch and unternehmensWERT:Mensch plus, we advise you on the topics of personnel management, health, knowledge & competence and digital innovation. Small and medium-sized enterprises can apply – provided they meet the requirements – for a grant of up to 80% for process consulting. We will be happy to inform you about the necessary steps in an initial meeting free of charge.
